ISTT Hosts Internationalization Camp to Support Global Expansion of Knowledge-Based Companies

Isfahan Science and Technology Town (ISTT) hosted a one-day Internationalization Camp for knowledge-based and creative companies located in science and technology parks across Iran. The event aimed to enhance companies’ readiness for international markets, with a particular focus on export opportunities arising from cooperation with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

The program brought together representatives from national organizations, international trade experts, and innovation ecosystem stakeholders to introduce available export support mechanisms, international market development services, and practical pathways for expanding the global presence of Iranian technology companies.

Among the speakers, Mozhgan Yazdianpour, Director of International Scientific Cooperation Department at ISTT, highlighted the ISTT’s growing international achievements. She noted that ISTT’s active membership in leading international networks, including IASP and ASPA, has created valuable opportunities for resident companies to engage with global innovation ecosystems. She also emphasized that ISTT has hosted the UNESCO Category II Regional Centre for Science and Technology Parks and Incubators Development (IRIS) since 2011, reflecting its prominent role in international cooperation.

Yazdianpour also referred to ISTT’s recent international accomplishments, including the Excellence Prize received by resident company Paya Sanat Sama at the ASPA Awards 2025, as well as ISTT’s recognition as a Model Zone for Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The event concluded with expert consultations and discussions on export readiness, international standards, logistics, market analysis, and the opportunities created through Iran’s Free Trade Agreement with the Eurasian Economic Union, reaffirming ISTT’s commitment to supporting the international growth of its knowledge-based companies.
